Update: Please bear with me as I make multiple changes to this first VO post. I am trying to figure out what will look the best.
As further proof that 2008 has been difficult, another fellow trader/blogger is going on Trading Probation. My buddy DT has decided to take the month of March off from blogging to focus on his trading.
The fact of the matter is, I’m exhausted. While on paper you could look at my earnings last year and say I did okay, the number isn’t telling the full story… First of all, I will not be blogging for the month of March. I’ve been posting for a year, a lot, and I’ve never really taken time away from it to catch my breath… As for trading? Well, I’m lacking in discipline. I find myself making the same mistakes over and over despite my understanding that I’m making a mistake. Hope isn’t a good trading strategy (sorry Barack).
Being that DT is taking a month off, he had to pass the VO off to someone. After only being in the VO for a week, he asked if I would be interested in taking the reigns for March and I graciously accepted the offer. Everything will pretty much be the same. I will have the daily numbers posted no later than 3:15 CST each day.
